Back-to-School 2026
After months of work, preparation, connecting to with the community, and gathering supplies, it was time for our biggest and most sought after annual community event - Back to School.
Every teen deserves to start the school year with confidence knowing have the supplies and support they need, and have that special touch of a new school year hair cut. That's what lands at the heart of our back to school events each year. Staff, volunteers, and professionals all gather each year to pull of the greatest labor of love we do each year.
Each year we get to partner with Promise South Salt Lake in an amazing community center. Hundreds of teens picked out brand-new clothes, hygiene essentials, school supplies, back packs, hundreds of brand new makeup products, and accessories to help support the beginning of a new school year.
The transformations didn't stop there. Many also received fresh haircuts, shaped eyebrows, and nail services. It was so special to see teens hyping each other up and feeling empowered.
Thank you to every volunteer, generous donor, and community partner who made this unforgettable day possible. It is an unbelievable amount of work that can't be done without the support we receive each year. Together, we are helping young people walk into their classrooms/jobs and daily responsibilities with more confidence.
